Minimserver just stopped working..

The TS-119P II has 512MB of memory, which should be plenty unless your friend is running something else that's using a lot of memory.

Before starting MinimServer, go to the Resource Monitor in the QNAP admin console and look at the Memory Usage tab to see how much free memory is available. Then switch to the Process tab and sort the processes in descending order of memory usage by clicking the Process column header once or twice. Start MinimServer and observe the amount of memory used by the process named 'java'. This should gradually increase during the MinimServer startup phase, until the crash happens. Please post the results here.

Just a report back from the Op'r. It was a really tricky thing to sort out with my network... that was the final issue here. So not aproblem with minimserver or the Ev driver per say..Back up and running 0.7 <Thanks Simon for all your help with this
