java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

Hi all,

I have a library of about 350,000 tracks (about 3.3TB) on a Synology DS210j NAS running DSM 5.2-5967 Update 1.

I've tried to scan the library twice and it's failed both times. The second time I added the resourceInfo=1000 option into the Minimserver properties as was requested in another thread. I attach all three log files below.

Any advice much appreciated.

Your NAS has only 128 MB of RAM and this is not enough for MinimServer to handle a library of this size. The solution is to replace the NAS with a newer model that has more RAM (preferably at least 512 MB).
