Grouped Alphabetcial Trees (Artist & Album)

Hi

I wish to extend the existing Tree Format to include sets of alphabetical lists for both Albums and Artist.

Example

Albums ABC
Albums DEF etc

Ditto for Artist names

So by selecting Albums (or Artist) names say under ABC a short list is generated listing all albums (or Artist) names starting with 'A' and 'B' and 'C' in an alphabetical list.

I have read through the User Guide but I am not sure where to start (or even if it's possible). Any guidance would be great.

There is an alphaGroup property for indexing by individual letters. You can enable this for album and artist names by setting the alphaGroup property to 'albums, Artist'. For more information, see this section.

Absolutely brilliant, from my view point, I love the standard tree structure, very intuitive and with the predefined functions it offers plenty of opportunities to further customise (if needed !). Just add Video & Photos to the server and say good by to Twonky.
