Updating QNAP Docker Container to 2.0.18

Hi All,
I have been running MinimServer 2.0.16 Update 195 and MinimStreamer 2.0.8 in a Docker Container on my QNAP TVS-463 for the last several months without any problems.
I happened to click the Show Updates in the About dialogue today and see a new dialogue telling me I should update to MinimServer 2.0.18 for continued support and updates.

When I clicked "For more information, see this section." I see the following twice:
MinimServer 2.0.18 for Linux
This is a bug-fix release for MinimServer 2. It was released on 7th April 2021.
Bug fixes
Fix "cannot stat '/home/pi/.minimserver/bin/setup'" error after uninstall and install

I searched the MinimServer Help files and forum for instructions on updating a Docker Container but only find the installation instructions which finally brings me to my question?

Can I update the existing Docker Container or do I need to remove the existing Container and create a new Container?

The simplest and recommended approach is to update the existing container. See steps 1) to 6) in this post for details of how to do this. If anything in these instructions is not clear, please post back here.
