Start server if external storage not mounted

Simon - suggestion for improvement software.

My configuration on NAS Synology:
CONTENTDIR = {/ VOLUME1 / Music} {/ volume2 / Classic} {/ volumeUSB1 / usbshare / 2Music}

If the USB drive is OFF so the SERVER does NOT WORK - ERROR...
Please ENABLE START even if external storage not mounted.

I have made a change in update 85 (now available) to change this error to a warning if a content directory is not available and at least one other content directory is available.
