I would like to try MinimServer but am not sure which version to download for my QNAP HS-210.

Should I download the

QNAP ARM soft float: MinimServer-0.8.3-arm.qpkg
or
QNAP ARM hard float: MinimServer-0.8.3-armhf.qpkg

Is the software compatible with DSD files?

Please see the installation instructions on this page. You don't need to download either of these packages because you'll automatically get the right version from the QNAP App Center. MinimServer supports DSD audio in the DSF and DFF file formats.
