MinimServer with PS Audio PWD with Bridge?

I was sent to this forum from the PS Audio one by a MinimServer user that wonders if MinimServer would be of help solving an audio problem I'm having with a PerfectWave Dac II that has their Bridge card installed. The problem is this: Using the PWD's Bridge card (ethernet connection), I get audio fine with foobar, using its UPnP driver, but don't get any audio with online streaming and other A/V playback (e.g., VLC Player). So, the question is whether or not, or to what extent, MinimServer could be of help with this. After installing it and looking at the User guide, it seems to be oriented to defining specific content libraries, which is fine for playing, say, a movie file or perhaps Spotify, but is there anyway it could be used with general online streaming? MinimServer is a UPnP AV server for music only (not movies or Spotify). Is this what you are looking for?

Everything but players like foobar. Internet streaming of various kinds, Spotify and video files on my HDD. After I posted here, someone at PS Audio's forum suggested their UPnP app in development, WaveStreamer.
