Ipad app unable to see Minimserver
The Mind 280D app has stopped being able to see the Minimserver. I followed all the directions on the troubleshooting (Windows 10) page, including checking ip subnets, firewall settings, cycling power on the wifi router, PC which is running the minimserver, the Mind (a Moon audio DAC for music), and the control point (Ipad). I also checked to see that the Mind app and the Minimserver are up to date. Everything else associated with WiFi and various apps and devices works. Please advise what to do next

RE: Ipad app unable to see Minimserver
Can other renderers / control points see your MinimServer? For instance mConnect or Foobar2000 mobile or your SmartTV? If so you will know that it is not a PC/server/network problem and that you will have to go troubleshooting on the Moon/Mind side.

Unfortunately I dont have a smart tv or other control points. But I did put the ip address into an internet window as suggested in troubleshooting and that came up with the minimserver's website. Dont really know if that says much though

Actually, I just tried installing the mConnect app and it was able to see the minimserver. So, thank you, I wasnt familiar with what types of control point apps might have been available. I will get with Simaudio to see if they can help!
