Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

I am new to Minimserver and I have a question. I am using a Cambridge Audio CVN(2) media server along with a Synology NAS. My issue is when accessing my music through the StreamMagic app Minimserver will show the same album twice. For example, one will have songs 1-4 and the other will have songs 5-8. Why is it separating these when they are all on the the same album?

Do you have songs 1-4 and songs 5-8 in different folders?

If I go to the folder view no, but if I go to the artist view, yes.

This can be caused by a very small difference in Artist tag values, such as capitalisation, spelling, spacing or accented characters. If you are sure the Artist tag values are identical, it is possible either that some tracks have AlbumArtist tags and some don't or that there is some difference in AlbumArtist tag values.

So if I use a tag editor on these it should clear it up?

Yes, but only if you know what tags are wrong. The entries shown by MinimServer in the Artist folder should help you see this.
