When I try to download Minim Server the file I get is"Unconfirmed 991816.crdownload"

How are you doing the download? I just tried this using Firefox as my web browser and the correct file was downloaded.

On further investigation (web search), this means the download started but didn't complete. It might work if you do the download from a different device or using a different web browser.
