Can't add live radio streams to JPlay - kray - 10-03-2026 21:55 Hi Team. I've follow the steps in another thread to add Live Radio streams to JPlay, but can't get it to work. 1. created m3u8 file. also tried m3u, see pic 2. saved it to my music in folder 'Radio Stations' 3. rescanned MS 4. full sync in JPlay iPadOS Nothing shows up anywhere. Did search, assume they would show up in Playlists Code: #EXTM3U
RE: Can't add live radio streams to JPlay - simoncn - 10-03-2026 22:28 Are you using Local Network / By Folder to browse your library in JPLAY? This shows the index structure created by MinimServer. Under this, you should see your radio stations in <n> playlists. If you don't see the radio streams there, check the MinimServer log to see if there are any error messages. RE: Can't add live radio streams to JPlay - stefano_mbp - 11-03-2026 08:11 You need to select “import radios” in the JPlay Minimserver configuration settings page They will show up in Live Radios RE: Can't add live radio streams to JPlay - kray - 11-03-2026 16:47 I use a NAS to store my music on it. Installed MS on it via Docker. Point the 'contentDIR' to the folder I have all my albums in on NAS. I checked log. At first the error was I needed MinimStreamer installed. So I did that. Reboot, rescan, resync. Still not showing. I then changed the m3u file as follows to bypass Minimstreamer, reset everything. no errors in log, and doesn't show up in JPlay Then I paid more attention to your 'Local Network / By Folder' post. I honestly didn't even know that was there, as I just navigate from the Home Screen. They are working now... I am testing different streams thru minimStreamer and bypassing minimStreamer to see which play respectively. Thanks for the help. |
