What's the best android app to control your music, managed with minimserver, and play it on a DLNA hifi set. Preferably installed on multiple phones, controlling the same music stream. In other words. Everybody can start/stop music from their own phone, as well as changing playlists.

I second Simon's recommendation. I have BubbleUPnP on an Android tablet and an Android phone (actually a Chinese-sold phone that uses a rather tailored modification of Android).
