Synology have identified the reason for this omission and they are working to fix it.

Today I found in package center the option to repair MinimServer and that worked just fine, see screenshots.

I received an email from Synology this morning confirming that MinimServer has now been added to the DSM 7.2.2 Package Center for the DS218j and other models with a similar processor. Thanks for confirming that you have been able to install this successfully.
Describing this as "Repair" seems unfortunate as there was nothing wrong with MinimServer until Synology devided to make an incompatible change in DSM 7.2.2.
