Is there a way with standard minimstreamer or minimserver/ffmpeg combination to downsample DSD/256 to DSD/128?
My DAC does not support DSD/256...

Unfortunately FFmpeg doesn't provide this capabilty. You would need to use an offline converter.

Okay thanks, next year I will have the DirecStream MKII which will support DSD/256...

You should be able to do this by setting stream.transcode to
dsf(>128):wav24;352
The sound quality probably won't be as good as playing a DSD file natively.
