Using Minimserver with Lindemann Limetree Bridge - chrisc - 17-02-2021 09:19 Good morning fundis, my first post I've recently acquired one of the above units. It works well with a USB drive However, it will not see music on a Shared Drive on a NAS There is a Lenovo IX4-300B NAS. It is named Homemusic and the computer is THIRD The drive is shared in Windows as \\Homemusic\Music as drive I: I am using a registered trial version and have configured it as [/img]This does not show up in the Music Server list on the bridge Are there any suggestions please? Thank you RE: Using Minimserver with Lindemann Limetree Bridge - simoncn - 17-02-2021 13:10 Are you running MinimServer on your Windows machine? If so, you should be able to enter I:\ in the contentDir field. Please try doing this and then selecting Rescan from the minim icon. If the rescan completes without errors (the minim icon changes colour to yellow and some time later to green), try using a UPnP control point to view your music files using MinimServer. The mConnect app is available as a free version for iOS and Android and should be suitable for trying this. If you are able to view your music files usng mConnect, try viewing them using the Limetree app. |
