I have entries of the following kind in the 'soloist' field: 'Ciocarlie, Dana - piano'. Is there a possibility to reverse the display format as follows? 'Dana Ciocarlie - Piano'. Possibly also without a hyphen.

This is not possible. Changing the way this works would not be straightforward because both hyphen and blank can be part of a first name.
