I do not know MinimServer 2, is "indicate" a specific MinimServer 2 feature? If not (and thus "indicate" is a custom tag of yours) do all your files contain values for the "indicate" tag? How do these values look like? Assuming that "indicate" is a custom tag and that these values look like "2018-05-22" and that "indicate" is the first argument of "Album.sortTags" in the "tagOptions" field, then "<n> Albums" in your control point should list the albums of your collection in descending order and thus, with the most recent albums at the top. This is, at least, what happens with MinimServer 1 and the way I list my albums.

I fear I might have misunderstood something leading you into the wrong direction. I do not specifically tag my flac files with a specific indicate tag. I simply tag all my files with mp3tag before I move them to my NAS in oder make them all identical tagwise.

I assumed that the indicate 'command' would help to order the resulting folders in chronological order using some kind of time stamp or else.

I also use Asset and there is a New albums section which I miss on minim...
