In the last days I helped a friend of mine to move from usb to lan connected dac. The dac can play up dsd256 through usb but just dsd64 through lan connection. It is a Gold Note DS10 dac/streamer.
I tried to set transcoding options in system options (stream.transcode) as:
dsd(128):wav24;176, dsd(256):wav24;176
but I get an error ... it seems dsd(256) is not supported
We ended up transcoding all dsf to wav (dsd:wav24;176) and it works but should be fine to be more “selective”

I think you need to specify the following:-
dsf(>64):wav24;176
Check the Minimstreamer type filters guide for further help.

Thanks for this. The next update to MinimStreamer will support DSD filtering values up to dsf(1024) and dff(1024). There is no 'dsd' filtering option.
