I am not sure whether this a problem specific to me: the latest MinimServer update (126) deleted all my settings.
It is running on a Widows 10 PC and the update was carried out remotely.
Initially, I was asked to (re-)select the directory in which the music is stored
I was also asked to agree to terms and conditions before the update would run.

This could happen if you installed update 126 when logged in as a different user from the user that did the original MinimServer installation. If you exit MinimServer, then login as the original user, then restart MinimServer, you should see your previous settings.
