In the meantime - not ideal, but as you can use the Web UI for the zen, you can always copy new music onto a USB drive and plug that in to the zen. Then copy it onto the zen drive with it's file manager.

Hi Guys,

I have solved the issue and want to share as you have been so helpful.

See this:-

If you are running the latest Windows 10, this may help:

The answer is here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4046019/guest-access-smb2-disabled-by-default-in-windows-10-server-2016 In Windows 10 Fall Creators Update and Windows Server version 1709, the SMB2 client no longer allows the following actions:
• Guest account access to a remote server
The fix is to edit the Local Group Policy:
• Computer configuration\administrative templates\network\Lanman Workstation\"Enable insecure guest logons" - set to ON

To get to the right Windows Page search for Gpedit.msc in Windows Start and you get to the right place to make the changes. Tick "enable insecure guest logon" restart and the Linux Zen is back visible and accessible.

Hope you found this useful
Alex
