Hi Simon,
Can you confirm how to display the date of the album alongside the other details on playback?
You did indicate yesterday to me on another thread which has been modified/edited before I got to write down the coding required in the field needed.

The forum went majorly titsup yesterday, it seems...
Add:
Album.displayFormat={$Album^$Date^ [^]}
to tagFormat in Advanced Properties and you're good to go.

Hi there,
Many thanks. Thought I was going a little mad there. There was also some mention that I could either replace what's already there which is this
Artist.displayFormat={$artist$orchestra$conductor}
or add it on to the existing tag above preceded with a comma (space after a comma too before code?)
I am a novice at this, so small steps at a time.

Just append it with the comma and space:
, Album.displayFormat={$Album^$Date^ [^]}
Covers all eventualities.
Simon would clarify whether the space is actually necessary or not, it may just be a case of readability.
