Invalid index tag name 'Album Artist' - zekeblue - 24-12-2016 16:38 I've been getting this error (Invalid index tag name 'Album Artist') and my control point can't see MS as a result (I assume). NAS says it is running. Rescan always results in this error even after restarting the NAS. Synology with latest DSM updates, BubbleUPnP on Android tablet, Cambridge Audio Azur 851N, all wired network except for control point on wifi. I can see and play everything with the Synology native app. I've looked at tags of more recently added music, but don't see anything suspicious. Any ideas of where to look to troubleshoot this? Thanks in advance! If the Error is exactly as you have reproduced it, there should not be a space in the tag name ALBUMARTIST. This error may be in your MinimServer indexTags property. Change the property, and restart MinimServer. Incidentally, Simon prefers that we don't use the abbreviation 'MS' for MinimServer, as that refers to another organisation entirely ... ![]() David RE: Invalid index tag name 'Album Artist' - zekeblue - 25-12-2016 01:19 (24-12-2016 18:24)DavidHB Wrote:(24-12-2016 16:38)zekeblue Wrote: I've been getting this error (Invalid index tag name 'Album Artist') and my control point can't see MS as a result (I assume). Bingo! Thank you very much. I've never edited that file or designated that tag somewhere that would have changed it - that I can think of anyway. Status is normal now and MinimServer (no more abbrev.) is now showing up in BubbleUpnp. |
