Minimserver/Java installation
I don't see the app Java in DSM 6.
HOW CAN I FIND IT?
Minimserver Is it much better that DS audio?
Java is it secure?

The DS216+II is listed under Applied Models on this page. If you open the Multimedia section of Package Center on your NAS, you should see it.
MinimServer is not the same as DS Audio. MinimServer is a UPnP server and you also need a UPnP renderer and control point to play music from your MinimServer library.
Java should be secure if you are using the latest version. Oracle provides regular security updates.

I have minimserver on DSM but no Java...
How can I find Java?
My configuration:
NAS > USB > DAC
CAN I REMOTE my playlist with minimserver with iPad?

You can find Java in the Package Center as well (under Developer Tools). Please read the installation instructions on this page.

MinimServer is not suitable for this configuration. You need a UPnP renderer to play music from MinimServer and there isn't a UPnP renderer available for the Synology USB port.
