I am looking for a way to insert an option "sort by composer" in the album-view-windows (please see Screenshot).
Is it possible?

It is most certainly possible. What Control Point are you using (I'm afraid I don't recognise it), on what device, and with which player? Have you populated the Composer tags in your music files? And does your MinimServer IndexTags property include the Composer tag? If any of these questions don't make sense to you, just ask again.
Some Control points by default (or even invariably) generate their own indexes, and so override MinimServer's intelligent browsing. It is necessary to use a control point (BubbleDS/BubbleUPnP and Linn Kazoo are examples) which base their browse tree on the MinimServer indexes.
LATER: I think I have now identified the Control Point as BubbleUpnP, so you are using an Android Phone. You certainly need to be using the Default Sort to access MinimServer's indexes.

There is some problem with the way you are posting screenshots. I can't read the screenshots that you are posting.
You can sort the album list by any tag. See this section for details.

I have updated the screenshots. I hope it works now.
My idea is, that I would like to have an option Sort by composer in the pup up field that appears top right.

This pop-up is provided by BubbleUPnP and you would need to contact the author of BubbleUPnP to request this enhancement.
