Pure Jongo - gapless? - MarmiteSandwich - 22-07-2015 17:56 Has anyone managed to get a Pure Jongo device to work as a DLNA renderer and play gaplessly? If so, how? If not, does anyone know of a suitable cheap device which can stream from MinimServer, via BubbleUPnP as an OpenHome device, and provide a digital output? So far the closest I have come is a Denon DNP-F109 (£200ish), with all formats transcoded to wav. But under these circumstances, the Denon will not respond to the pause control. It is quite depressing that many renderer manufacturers are happy to regard gapless play as an item for "future consideration". |
