Is it possible to have two album views, sorted differently, i.e. have a duplicate view of the main albums list sorted by album artist instead of album title? My main album view is sorted by album title now, and I can change it to sort by album artist changing Album.sortTags to {Artist, Album}, but I'd like to have both views available. I tried adding Album to indexTags, and this gives me another album view but the albums are listed without artwork and have to be selected to drill down a level to see the album art.

I don't think that you can have separate simultaneous views of the same index. In the case of the 'by artist' view, is there much difference (other than a couple of quick selections) between having a separate view, and selecting the artist and then the album list for that artist?

Yes, I can do that, and often do, but not the same experience as browsing the full album list when the mood strikes. This is a built-in browse option in the Lumin app, I was hoping it could be done with minimserver so I could also have it with Kazoo.

This is a Kazoo control point issue rather than MinimServer.
I agree I find it strange that Kazoo doesn't show covers when viewing by Artist or give you the option to do this
