Can't View Any Longer - rogerdn - 31-08-2014 19:48
After installing latest version today I have lost Artist and most other sorts. Can only view/play Albums, By Folder and Items. Have rescanned, rebooted no luck. Running on Synology 5.x, Naim N Stream controller. Has worked great, no connection issues until I installed this new FW.

Please use MinimWatch to check the indexTags property setting. It sounds like this might have been lost somehow.

They show Artist, Date, Genre, All artists, composer, Conductor, Orch, seems ok right ? Did an Apply/Ok no help.

Yes, that's OK. Have you tried clearing the cache in n-Stream? The format for container IDs has changed in this update, so an out-of-date n-Stream cache might cause this problem.
It would also be worth trying some other control point (e.g., Linn Kinsky) to see whether you are getting the same problem with that.

Ah yes, clearing cache in N-Stream did it, the only thing I had not done, thks !

I have similar problem with item tags. Till now I had: Title.displayFormat={$tracknumber^$totaltracks^/^$title^ ^} and it works fine. Now I can see only title.

Thanks for letting me know about this. The problem is fixed now in update 40.
