I had minimserver running fine but had some computer issues and had to reinstall minimserver. Since then I can't see minimserver from any control app as an available server. If I turn off my firewall I can see it, but once I turn it back on I can no longer see it. I've tried allowing it through the firewall but I don't see minimsever as a choice to allow through. None of the other servers I have install are behaving this way, only minimsever.
Any suggestions how to fix this?

If this is on WIndows, you need to give firewall access to Java.
