Why the time-limited license? - DavidHB - 30-12-2013 18:24 The update to version 0.3.6 of MinimStreamer requires acceptance of a license which is time-limited to 30 June 2014. I do not think that version 0.3.5 had this limitation, which is not mentioned in the release notes. Is there a change of policy here? These terms are also mentioned on the MinimStreamer home page. Simon, thank you for bringing MinimStreamer into life which solved my feature request to transcode from ALAC. Excellent! What will happen after 30/07/14? Will be there a possibillity to purchase MinimStreamer? Excellent! What will happen after 30/07/14? Will be there a possibillity to purchase MinimStreamer? I am considering that as a possibility, but I haven't made any decision yet. (Note: the expiry date is 30/6/2014, not 30/7/2014.) That is my English - June/July ![]() Do I understand you well that MinimStreamer will still be available after 30/06/2014, but you have not just decided whether for free or as a paid package? RE: Why the time-limited license? - magister - 22-06-2014 14:41 Hi Simon, MinimStreamer is a wonderful adjunct to MinimServer and I am using it now for all my internet radio. I would like to sell my Simaudio Moon Mind that I previously used. Maybe you can't answer this yet, but I'm going to ask anyway: Will Minimstreamer be available after the end of 2014? (Paid or free doesn't matter, I just want to have access.) Thanks! However, I can't make any firm commitments for what might happen in future. I hope this is helpful.
