The program that needs permission is javaw.exe as this is the program that is launched by clicking mserver.jar (via the file association for .jar). I do not use AVG myself so I cannot give specific instructions for how to give a program access to TCP and UDP inbound connections. With the Windows firewall, I do this without any restriction on which port numbers are open.

The program javaw.exe is situated on my PC : C:\ProgramData\Oracle\Java\javapath and is type .symlink.
This jawaw.exe is now added in AVG in the exceptiotionlist and is now excluded for all shields and scanoperations of AVG

Why do you have mserver.jar in the second image? This should be javaw.exe as I explained in an earlier post.

So how to get added a .exe in AVG virus ?
I pointed to mserver.jar in AVG
