My interest in OpenHome is the ability for the renderer to hold the playlist (playing queue) rather than having this done by the control point. All implementations of OpenHome include this support.
I couldn't agree more, that is it's major advantage and it's a shame it hasn;t been picked up by more of the mass-market makers. I actually hate my Denon's UPnP control in comparison.

I've now had the dCS Network Bridge for a couple of months and I am very impressed with the stability of the rendering of music files from my Synology NAS (on which I run MinimServer). Every time I start a listening session using BubbleUPnP or dCS Mosaic the Network Bridge is instantly available on the network. This was not the case with the PS Audio Bridge 2 in their DS DAC; it often took a minute or so to find this Bridge.

Have any iPad users upgraded to iPadOS 13.1.3 yet?
I find it much faster - particularly with control apps. I have most that we have discussed in this thread on my iPad. They all seem faster, and can reliably find the streamer every time. So far, at least......

Lumin has now updated to fall in line with 13.1.3. Particularly to correct the background of the Search panel. Still seems responsive.

I have only been using Mosaic for a couple of weeks so I cannot claim to have explored all potential limitations relative to the BubbleUPnP app. So far I am aware of 2 issues:

An update.
This week dCS released Mosaic 1.1.0 which among other things implements scrolling via a side bar (aka BubbleUPnP).
For my needs Mosaic is now similar to BubbleUPnP in its capabilities.

There is a new update for Lumin, x.13 I think.
Of most interest to me is the ability to have a couple more "themes" for background colour. There is now hard black and white. I wonder if the white one has been inspired by the Linn beta white app. (When on earth is that going to get on the road? The one feature I do really like is the ability to search one's collection and Qobuz simultaneously.). Actually the white theme on Lumin is quite nice, especially on a mobile phone.
There is also a strange arrow which pulls up Exact2, Roon, and Speaker Test dialogues.
The first two I cannot test. If you press on the Speaker test it produces the dialogue which would enable you to place this in the playlist.
When you try to do this the app completely crashes.
There is no perfect app, and in my experience no faultless network. But Lumin, for me provides the nearest experience of shuffling through a pile of LPs and choosing one to listen to. The ability to look at the collection full screen and adjust the image sizes is great. I have no links with Lumin and use a Linn streamer.
I cannot find any other new new features.

PS I downloaded Mosaic (above) out of curiosity, and had a quick look. I could not get it to find my network or Linn streamer. I presume it only talks to stuff it is designed to talk to. If not tell me where i went wrong.
