The java.lang.IllegalAccessException problem with Java 18 is fixed now in MinimServer update 215.
There will be a similar update for MinimWatch soon.

The java.lang.IllegalAccessException problem with Java 18 is fixed now in MinimWatch update 95.

Thx Simon, it works.
BTW your page mentions "To download a file from this page, you need to have an Oracle account." which does not seem to be true, I was able to download following the link without login in.

I checked this just now by signing out of my Oracle account and trying to download some files. The download works without an account for Java 17 and 18. For all earlier versions, an account is neeeded.
