The OP has a DAC that plays DoP only.

Well actually when I wrote DoP only before I meant it can't do native DSD.
PCM it plays normally as most DACs
I noticed though that when upsampling to PCM or DSD (using other sw) the sound changes, and sometimes I prefer it from bit-perfect. And this is not only with one DAC. So I wanted to experiment with Minimserver too.
There is a debate on the internet about the possible benefits of doing so. Also there are software like HQPlayer for example that were mainly created to do just that.
