You can manually delete @eaDir directories. These are the directories created by the Synology indexing service. Also check if there are any symbolic links under your content directory. There was a bug in 0.70 that caused folders to be included even though they don't contain audio files. You can see which folders are being scanned by using the MinimWatch log window to set the logging level to Verbose, then restarting MinimServer.
