The message you posted isn't being produced when you are playing a file. It is produced while scanning your library before you try to play a file. Do you get any messages in the log when you are trying to play a file? If so, please post these messages.

If you haven't done this already, try powering off all your network equipment and all devices that are connected to the network, then power these on in the following order:

1) your router (then wait 5 minutes)
2) any switches (if you have them)
3) your QNAP NAS (then wait 5 minutes)
4) your Linn DS
5) the iOS or Android device that you are using to run Kazoo

I had done that but not the 5 minute intervals. Tried it again and its working. Thanks very much for your help!
