It seems that Linux allows a maximum of 40 levels of looping symbolic links (or perhaps a maximum of 40 levels of any kind of symbolic links). This is why MinimServer doesn't loop for ever when doing a rescan.

I confirm : I had 41 times the same directory.
I will now investigate why and how those extra links have been created.
