I can't see anything obviously wrong with your settings. Where are you seeing works that appear as albums? Is this in the "n albums" list?

Do you use a separate folder for each work? If so, you need to set mergeFolderAlbums to true.

Setting mergeFolderAlbums to True appears to have fixed this final problem. As far as I can see, everything is now running as it did before. Having learned the hard way, my configuration is now saved as a Word document and I will also modify my NAS backup to include the MinimServer/appData folder.
