I think we have reached the limit of what testing can be done with the Windows firewall, so you can reinstall AVG now.
The log shows that MinimServer can receive M-SEARCH requests from your phone (device 192.168.0.13) but it seems that for some reason Audionet is not sending M-SEARCH requests when it starts.

Why is the Phone app not getting a signal (what routing) in order to show up on Phone?
On the audionet app the smart tv parasonic viers is showing up , so this device is before the router with a lan cable connected
The audionet app has some help info
Tips and hints:
-if no UPnP devices can be found check your WLAN connections ( it found the tv so its working wireless)
-If rescan network is executed several times and still no UPnP devices ae found.
You may try to chance th einternet protocol in setting ,and choose between ipv4 , ipv6 , etc => i did nothing happens
Debug mode
I can set a debug mode on the app too with a log file
I send already a message to audionet company but no reaction
So i will send a log to the supportteam today : status@audionet.de

Perhaps your TV is the UPnP control point at IP address 192.168.0.11. If so, there is no blockage from the Windows firewall as the TV has been able to connect to MinimServer via UPnP.
The TV would also be able to act as a UPnP renderer but not a UPnP server. This might explain why Audionet can find the TV (a UPnP renderer) when it starts but cannot find MinimServer (a UPnP server).

The same thing happens when i start audionet op pc ( no app ) : it shows the tv in a server list ( but it can be a server as you noticed)
There is too no minim musicserver to find in de audionet (PC) controlpoint
It is the same situatio with audionet pc and audionet app

And i bought a paid version of aMM app too.
Why it is not working i did not get a answer here on the forum
i am afraid hat it has something to with the router ? , so another control point pc or app makes then no difference then

I remove lan cable from tv to router
Now the audionet app gives a error : no UPnP media servers found !
So it seems that it doesn't matter if the tv is connected to the router
With or without tv: no UPnP media servers can be found by the audionet app

Just for curiosity I downloaded Audionet app on my iPad (iPad gen5 iPadOS 13.6)
It can discover my renderers (2 raspberry pi4 with MPD/UpMpdcli/GentooPlayer and 1 SOtM sms200/MPD ) and discover my Minimserver too ... after a while (Minimserver runs on a NUC8i3 with Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS)

After 5 minutes it shows also up on my app the minimserver , but that's alive message
Not.. after a while is not the wanted functionality : must be immediately
