Question: Two weeks ago, I ran two updates on the Dela/Melco,
so it now has these versions:
Dela/Melco Software version 4.5
Music Data Base 2.2
and (today) Song Kong 11.9.1
It's strange that the Linn Software sometimes doesn't "see" the Melco anymore. When I rescan the songs and playlists database, it works again.
Yesterday, I ripped a few albums via the D100, and after rescanning the database and playlists, it no longer sees the database.
It even gives me an error message.
What's wrong?
I sent an email to Linn Scotland, but they had no idea, and Melco Netherlands did the same.
I've also noticed that the images (CD covers) are increasingly not coming from the database.
Albums I've previously ripped and are now ripping again don't have an image. This often concerns lesser-known music/artists.
What can go wrong ?
