I'm running MinimServer with MinimStreamer in a docker container on my Synology NAS. I wanted to set a stream.transcode option but it seems that ffmpeg is missing.

I use minimworld/minimserver:latest.

What did I do wrong?

You need to download an ffmpeg static binary that matches the hardware architecture of your NAS and copy it into the MinimServer Docker container as described in this section.
