MinimServer Forum

Hi.

Trying to re-install minim server after i did a system restore on my QNAP TS 231. Didn't realize i would lose my applications. So tried looking for minim server via a search in appcenter., but nothing there.
Found minim server 2.1.2 on minim site. Tried loading via a manual install but did not work.

I also have a ticket out to QNAP. Can anyone suggest how to go about installing minim server on my QNAP.

You might have downloaded the wrong version of MinimServer 2.1.2. For the TS-231, you need the ARMv5 version (see this section). If this doesn't work, please post full details of any error messages that you are seeing.

QNAP only puts MinimServer in the App Center for recent models of NAS. I have asked them to make it available for older models but they will not do this.

Installed correct one. All working
