Thank you Simon,
it's work perfetly with: OriginalYear:-Date

Now i would like to swap Genre by an user tag : <BIOZ> : Groove
in aliasTags, i dialed : OriginalYear:-Date, Bioz:-Genre
A new "genre" (Groove) is listed in Hi-Fi Cast but also all the other "Genre" from the original tag <Genre>
If I want to show only <Bioz>, what must I dial ?
I think you want to add a new index entry for a tag named Bioz that has a value Groove. To do this, you need to add Bioz to the indexTags field, then restart MinimServer.

if I want to replace "genre" with "bioz," I don't have to add the alias "Bioz:-Gender." ? The issue is that the original "genre" are still listed.

Secondly. Can I ask Hi-Fi Cast to chronologicaly list the album from a same Artist. Indeed to sort by date and not aphabeticaly ?
I am sorry but I don't understand what you want to do with Bioz and Genre. Do you want to see entries for both Bioz and Genre in the browsing menu or do you only want to see an entry for Bioz?

To sort albums by date instead of alphabetically, you can set the tagOptions property to Album.sortTags={Date}

All of your questions can be answered with reference to the User guide.
Artwork, in particular, is very comprehensively explained in the Artwork section.

You will need to rename these files.
