Has anyone tried to install MinimServer on a Seagate Wireless Plus? Alternatively, are there any views as to whether this is possible, how it should be done and what version I should use?

You could telnet into the device and try following the instructions for installing the Linux ARM version. If it's running standard Linux (soft float), this should work.
