It's all very well to have massively tagged music files, and dlna server that lets you choose using all those tags, but I sometimes like to refer back to the tags, e.g. when being asked "What's that you're playing?".

What is the best control app for android, from this perspective?

One that can be made to present any tag data in a nice manner, while browsing and playing alike.

When browsing tag index lists, the use of tags is more dependent on the server than the control point. MinimServer is able to index all the tags in your files.

When playing, I don't know of any control point that can show all tags. A good control point app for Android is BubbleUPnP/BubbleDS.
