I now realise that I did my test with the computer network connected. I believe that my procedure will work if the computer is network capable, but not network connected, but that in't tested. Kazoo 4.8 + OpenHome Player + MinimServer works perfect on the same PC but you have to be connected to your network! |

Yes, but the computer connected to a dummy loopback network will do - eg, you just need to install the Windows loopback adapter available from the Device Manager's Add Legacy Hardware function.
