This radio url fails
Hi

I have an m3u file with correctly setup transcoding. I can get all my channels transcoded to wav except this one , I think Minimserver/streamer fails to connect to it somehow. I can stream from that radio no problem.

I tried to grep the log , so this is what I seem to have

https://paste.debian.net/hidden/6c7e6e4e/

ffplay can play this url.
http://www.protonradio.com:8000/schedule

thanks

RE: This radio url fails
You need to change the URL to:

http://protonradio.com:8000/schedule

Sure but what I was trying to say that my other players have no problem with it. Is this a thing with Minimstreamer? FFplay has no issue with playing the http://www.protonradio.com:8000/schedule url as is.

This URL does not produce a working stream. I think your other players are discovering this, then removing the www and retrying. Where did you get this URL from?

RE: This radio url fails
I am not sure I had it for a long time. I can edit the url no problem. I was wondering if www is a general restriction for Ministreamer, but I see your point.

RE: This radio url fails
MinimServer just does what you say in the .m3u file (with or without www). If the URL works with www, that is fine with MinimServer.
