How to ignore some composers

There is a fix in update 126 for the trailing blank problems. With this fix, trailing blanks are ignored in both the tag value and the tag update value when doing tag update processing.

Also, update 126 allows a tag update file to specify multiple match values for a tag, as requested in this post.
