I forgot to mention that you need to do a full rescan because the MinimServer cache contains incorrect information that needs to be replaced. Please do the following:

1) From the minim icon, select Properties
2) On the Advanced tab of the Properties window, set startupScan to 'full'
3) From the minim icon, select Rescan
4) On the Advanced tab of the Properties window, set startupScan back to 'true'

I used a hex editor to look inside the file and find the two tracks there.

If you search for 'trak', you will find the start of each track (just the metadata, not the audio data). To find the end of each track, seach for 'stco'. For a more detailed explanation, see this page.
