Influence of the embedded image size?

Hello,

I found this thread where some people say the size of the embedded image has an influence on the gapless streaming.

I have not experienced this (but not at the lever of 12M). The only drawback so far is that the Lumin app copy the file locally, and makes the cache very big.

Any thoughts on this ?

Maybe this has influence (there are streamers that won't play at all if large embedded images are present), but why would someone embed pictures of 14MB??

I use 800x800 Px - 96 dpi. Larger then 800x800 is not supported in my android car system.
