The MIME type isn't the same as the stream's file extension. The MIME type is this information from protocolInfo:

audio/L16;rate=44100;channels=2

I suspect the TV can't handle this (correct) MIME type.

I'd say the tv is in the wrong too. Just wondering if anything could be done to be able to use MinimSteamer with it.
